Job Summary
TOP Jewish Foundation is seeking a full time Office Administrator to join our dynamic and growing organization. The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting marketing, donor relations, accounting and general office functions. As an integral part of the small, but mighty staff, the Office Administrator will participate in all team, board and planning meetings. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, adaptive, personable, and enthusiastic individual. The Office Administrator should have a track record of professional success in a marketing, development or accounting setting with a client/donor centered focus. The candidate will have a professional presence, be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide marketing, development and accounting support to professional staff
• Assist with content creation and edits to website, eBlasts, eNewsletters, advertisements, marketing collateral, press releases, video conferencing, social media, and surveys
• Support legacy program including documentation and tracking systems
• Support accounting staff including gift and grant processing activities
• Communicate directly with donors, community, prospective donors, board and staff
• Board meeting support
• General office support functions
• Assist with special projects, events and other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrates capacity to multitask, stay organized and proactively manage workflow to meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, web management, Canva, social media, and donor database preferred
• Marketing and graphic design abilities a great plus
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Knowledge of Jewish customs preferred
• Willingness to work additional hours as required
